All items are shipped through USPS within 3-5 business days of the order. All items listed on the website are ready to ship unless otherwise specified (rings finished in your size require more time). Custom orders are subject to the terms in that individual listing. All orders and items come with a tracking number that will be automatically sent to your email once it has shipped. Please make sure to check your spam and junk folder for tracking and order related emails. I am not responsible for lost packages after USPS receives them. Reach out to your local post office if you have issues with packages not arriving. Please check your mailing address prior to checkout as we are not liable for address mistakes.
